Hr Executive

To facilitate on the recruitment of foreign worker and ensure compliance to KDN and looking for outsource worker when it is in demand.- To handle Foreign Workers matter which include monitor and renew Work Permit and Passport expiry, arrangement of FOMEMA, passport and immigration documentation safekeeping and maintaining the worker hostel standard.- To ensure all worker document are legally endorsed and complied to Labour department which include leave and attendance, termination and ensure no penalty receive from JTK.- To assist HR Manager and Senior HR Executive by enforcing worker discipline by maintaining record of discipline issues.- To assist Assistant HR Manager on other HR functions as and when required such as training, recruitment, payroll, function and other event.- Authorized signatory for Clinic form for appointed panel clinic.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
