Work location: Tebrau 3, Johor Bahru (near to JPJ) Working day/ hour: 5 days a week; 830am - 530pm Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Human Resources Management or equivalent.Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent, strong experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner will be an asset.Candidate must have intermediate/advanced in Ms Excel.Experience in F&B outlets or retail stores with prior knowledge of compensation & benefits as well as payroll experience will have an added advantage.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Possess strong interpersonal and human relations skills.Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Able to start on short notice period is an added advantage? Job Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for all HR & Administration matters, communication, and execution within the HQ and region office.Timely maintain data of new joiners, leavers, and staff movement into the system.Maintain and ensure attendance & leave records are up-to-date, especially during the payroll processing period.Monitoring & checking monthly payroll for salary closing and staff claims. Applicants with experience in iFlexi HRMS will be an added advantage.Ensuring that all HR-related policies and procedures are adhered to and aligned with the HR policies and procedures. Review and update SOP, organization chart, etc regularly.Supporting employee engagement activities, staff welfare, annual dinners, company trips, etc.To support matters concerning staff disciplinary, domestic inquiry, misconduct investigation, etc.Liaise with vendors, contractors, landlords, and local government bodies as necessary.Perform any other duty & responsibility which the immediate superior or the company may assign from time to time.
