Established Regional Food Manufacturer requires HR Executive
Job requirements: At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 3 years of working experience in the related fieldsExperience with iFlexi payroll system will be an advantageFamiliar with statutory complianceGood mathematics gradeSpeak fluent English or MandarinGood communication skillPositive working attitudesAble to work independently and as part of a teamJob descriptions: Perform the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.Resolve any payroll related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.Maintain up-to-date staff attendance & leave.Maintain up-to-date staff records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and mandatory statutory requirements.Regularly update employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Handle all employee related services including new staff background check, new staff orientation, preparation of employment contracts, promotion, increment, staff confirmation, performance appraisal, etc.Responsible for internal & external training plan .Responsible for Insurance, Socso & HRDF claim.Maintain uniform & PPE stock.Maintain petty cash flow.Assist on monthly hostel inspection.Provide day-to-day general administrative support as and when required.Perform any ad-hoc task assigns.Benefit: 5 working daysComprehensive trainingAnnual Wage Supplement Performance Incentive Medical benefit Station at: YLF Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd
