Hr Executive

Job Responsibilities:Monitor policies, procedures and related agreements to comply with audit, local law and ILO requirements.
Attend internal & external audits.
Coordinate and attend the foreign worker's recruitment process including conducting interview sessions and liaising with recruitment agencies to ensure all processes comply with audit, local law, ILO requirements and company policy.
Ensure foreign worker's personal information and employment records are updated regularly.
Attend to misconduct/discipline matters and disputes among employees.
Handle payroll activities of the company, including monthly payroll processing and updating employee employment status of Officer category.
Manage employee attendance records, leave records, and overtime records.
Prepare offer letters for new joiners, salary adjustment letters, and update employee profiles in the payroll system of Officer category.
Perform data entry for new joiners, staff promotions, salary adjustments, and resignations in all related HR Systems of Officer category.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
People-oriented and passionate about people.
RBA working experience will be an added advantage.
Experience using the Visual Solution Payroll system will be an added advantage.
