Hr Executive

To assist in handling a full spectrum of human resource activities including payroll, recruitment, resignation, staff welfare, training & development, performance management, activities / interactions and HR projects.- Provide counselling on policies and procedures- Evaluating and assisting in employee performance reviews and development.- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues- Suggest new HR strategies and lead and/or partake in HR transformational projects for organizational improvement/development.- Diploma/Degree holder in HR field.- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.- At least 3 years experience in HR executive role- Familiar with Vimigo Software.- Create and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees to build a high morale and supportive working environment.- To have a growth mindset and eager to learn.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
