We are seeking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers. ? Handle onboarding processes for new hires, including documentations, orientation, and training coordination. • Employee Relations & Engagement: ? Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. ? Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events. ? Mediate and resolve employee disputes and workplace issues in a fair and professional manner. • Payroll & Compensation: ? Assist in the preparation of payroll by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, attendance, overtime, etc.). ? Ensure compliance with local labor laws regarding pay, benefits, and employee rights. • Performance Management & Development: ? Support performance evaluation processes and help implement improvement plans. ? Coordinate staff training and development programs to ensure continuous learning and growth. • HR Policies & Compliance: ? Ensure the company's policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations. ? Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, personal files). ? Manage HR-related documentation including contracts, offer letters, and employment verifications. • HR Reporting: ? Prepare and submit regular HR reports related to staff turnover, recruitment, payroll, and other key metrics. Minimum requirement: At least 2-years working experience in HR matters.
