The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for an organization or company. These executives sit at the top of the HR department and take the lead when it comes to any and all human resources matters and functions. HR Executives must educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives. Additional HR Executive responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSA diploma in Human Resource management or a relevant field of study.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Energetic with a can-do attitude.
Superlative interpersonal and conflict management abilities.
Able to work in a team.
Negotiation abilities in dealing with new recruits and payroll.
Top-notch knowledge of business administration and human resources management.
RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain HR documentation, such as Employee handbook, standard operating procedures, service agreements, and contracts of employment.
Supervise HR staff performance and guide employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
Assist in employee wages.
Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
Collaborate with the CEO to systematically manage the business's HR policy.
Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Ability to delegate tasks according to priority.
Thorough understanding of the company's HR policies and processes.
