Responsibilities:
To assist the HR Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined are strictly adhered to.
Prepare job advertisements on various platforms, schedule interviews, conduct pre-screening interviews, job fit interviews, and reference checks on candidates.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding.
Support day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties including updating and maintaining employee personal files, HR records, and company policies.
Monitor staff attendance and leave applications.
Assist in processing monthly salaries and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory requirements.
Issue HR-related letters.
Provide coordination functions in staff development, learning, training, benefits, and compensation.
Assist in employee relations/disciplinary matters and attend to employees' queries.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Your Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
Minimum 2-5 years of working experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
