Sourcing Candidates:Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, internal referrals) to source potential candidates. Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future job openings.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms and job portals. Ensure job descriptions are clear, attractive, and aligned with the company's hiring needs.
Screening & Shortlisting:
Review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability for the role and company culture.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics. Prepare interview guides and provide necessary feedback to interview panels.
Offer Management:
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate salary and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and orientation schedules. Ensure new hires complete all required documentation and are welcomed effectively into the company.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, CFS staff and status updates. Generate recruitment reports to track hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other key metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in MASS recruitment and hiring, preferably within a corporate or large-scale environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and make sound hiring decisions.
