Job Description:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to attract top talent.
HR Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and organized HR records, including personnel files, attendance, and other essential documentation to support compliance and reporting.
Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring they integrate smoothly and effectively into the team.
Payroll & Billing:
- Oversee payroll and billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
Administrative Support:
- Manage general HR administrative tasks, ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Additional Tasks:
- Support any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Attention to Detail:
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and adherence to policies.
Passion for HR:
- Strong interest in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle various HR responsibilities efficiently.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
