As a Customer Service HR Executive, you will handle core HR functions, coordinate payroll, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and manage inquiries on policies and procedures.
Your contributions will play a key part in enhancing the Platform's payroll knowledge base and client support offerings.Roles & Responsibilities:HR & Payroll Operations:Manage end-to-end HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee data records, expense policies, and offboarding.Customer Support:Address inquiries across various channels, assisting with overseas visa applications, reimbursements, onboarding, offboarding, and local employment policies.Collaboration & Issue Resolution:Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring client satisfaction.Employee Mobility:Provide support with work visa applications for expat staff in Malaysia and globally.Process Compliance:Adhere to global guidelines, service processes, and continuously improve service efficiency.Requirements:Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or business administration.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive mindset.Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with management, staff, and customers.International work experience is a plus.Experience with Accenture is preferred.If you're ready to bring your HR expertise to a dynamic global platform, apply today!#J-18808-Ljbffr
