You will be required to perform the below tasks but are not limited to:- To manage and drive the full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions such as Recruitment and Staffing Management, Training & Development, Compensation, and Benefits Management, Foreign Affairs as well as Employee and Labor Management.- To handle and advise management on disciplinary issues, transfers, termination as well as other employee relations matters in compliance with labor laws.- To manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.- To manage and design the Annual Performance Appraisal and Promotion Appraisal format.- To liaison with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.- To manage employee benefits utilization such as overtime, wages, allowances, leave & staff medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.- To manage and drive foreign worker and expatriate employment by establishing strategies and plans to ensure a timely and seamless recruitment process.- Develop and maintain extensive and effective networks and relationships with recruitment agencies and government agencies to establish ongoing sources of manpower supply;- To conduct training needs analysis, designing & evaluating annual training plans, and reviewing the training courses;- Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation in the office.- Support daily tasks and perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in managing the Annual Performance Appraisal & Promotion Appraisal?- Do you have experience to conduct TNA, design & evaluating annual training plants and review the training courses?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (required)Expected Start Date: 04/16/2024
