** Only Shortlisted Candidate will be Notified. ** Responsibilities: To recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.To conduct or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.Responsible to implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Responsible to performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, occupational health and safety, as well as training and development.Responsible to handle employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Responsible to attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.Responsible to maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations:,and recommend best practices, review policies and review policies and practises to maintain compliance. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent Degree in related field.Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources.
