Hr Executive

-Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.


-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


-Handle employee relations issues and provide effective solutions to promote a positive work environment.


-Oversee performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.


-Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.


-Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.


-Manage compensation and benefits administration.

-Bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources or a related field.


-A minimum of 1 year experience in HR may be advantageous.


-Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.


-Experience with interview techniques.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Strong organization skills and attention to detail.


-Good typing skills.


-Experience with HR software, including Microsoft Office.
