About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Puchong, Selangor.
This is a full-time position that will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall HR strategy and operations of our growing organisation.
As the HR Executive, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to training and development.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate employee onboarding, training and development programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary issues and conflict resolution.
Responsible for calculating employee compensation, updating our internal payroll databases, and ensuring timely payments are made.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to identify and implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best practices in HR management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis, with the ability to generate insightful reports.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
