Responsibilities Assist in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, facilitating training and development, overseeing benefits and compensation, and handling performance managementTo assist in staff's insurance - sourcing, renewal and claim related mattersAssist in manage compensation and payroll progress, ensuring payroll is processed accuratelyTo attend all matters related to the register, apply, renew and process the visa and employment pass for the new and existing foreign teachers and staff. Liaison and processing of foreign teachers and staff related matters with the relevant government agenciesMaintain employee records and ensure adherence to labour laws and regulationsEngage in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience and enhancing organizational effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Human ResourceExperienced with recruiting and its full cycleAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityFamiliarity with HR related laws, regulations and human resource softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management skills
