As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for driving the group's HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all HR-related functions.
This full-time position is based in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the organisation's strategic objectives
Administering payroll, benefits, and employee records management
Providing HR advisory and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist in a similar role
Strong working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in HR management or CIPD qualification is an advantage
