We are currently looking for HR professionals with experience inIndustrial Relations (IR) ,Employee Relations (ER) , andperformance management .

Job Description:
a) Industrial & Employee Relations (IR & ER)
Conduct and lead investigations and domestic inquiries for major disciplinary, grievances, and ethics-related issues.
Manage minor disciplinary and grievance issues.
Provide consultation and guidance to stakeholders on labor relations issues.
Train stakeholders on managing discipline and poor performance at the workplace.
Offer guidance on labor relations and labor law compliance.
Communicate and create awareness of disciplinary policies and processes at the workplace.
b) Performance Management (PM)
Oversee employee performance reviews, evaluate, measure, enhance and improve employee performance.
Conduct skills assessments to evaluate and identify current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors.
Understand, track and improve the key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage employee feedback channels and performance improvement plans (PIP).
Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
Set clear performance expectations.
Promote ongoing communication with employees.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER), with hands-on experience in conducting domestic inquiries (DI) and handling disciplinary actions.
Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
Strong and up to date knowledge of relevant HR legislation, e.g.
Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act.
Proven experience in managing case management for industrial court disputes.
Experience in managing employee feedback channels and implementing performance improvement plans.
Well-organized, good in coordination, meticulous and detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.#J-18808-Ljbffr
