Position: HR ExecutiveSalary Package: RM3,500 - RM5,000Working Location: JB Town AreaCompany Background: Property AgencyWorking Days & Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.30pm ; Friday: 9am - 6pmJob Descriptions:- Handle recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.- Assist and monitor and evaluate employee performance reviews.- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.- Maintain employee records and HR databases.- Process payroll and manage benefits administration.- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.- Develop and update HR policies and proceduresJob Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
