Responsibilities:Work closely with HODs to plan out On Job Training (OJT) for new-joiners and existing staff and execute accordingly.
Monitor and work closely with HODs to close the skill gap of each department (TNA module, HRMS).
Localize technical training materials from Group to suit respective site's requirements to ensure relevance and deliver the training, ensuring that technical training materials are always up-to-date, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
Maintain and upkeep the training records in the HR system and provide training analysis insights to Site Management. Ensure training data is always ready for auditing purposes.
Understand the regulatory and compliance training requirements and be able to source and arrange training accordingly.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.
Professional Certification such as Train-The-Trainer Certification would be an added advantage.
Proven experience in learning & development and recruitment role with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience.
Experienced in conducting technical training especially OJT, developing technical training materials, and performing training effectiveness evaluation.
Experience in the manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment.
Tech-savvy in using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Basic image & video editing skills.
Great team collaboration and excellent communication skills.

Wear Safe (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (WSM) was acquired by KOSSAN in 2003. WSM started its operation in Port Klang with 5 dipping latex surgical glove lines. In 2007, WSM was relocated to a new plant at Jalan Meru, Klang with a centralized sterile packing location and enhanced production lines with a capacity of 8 million pairs of surgical gloves per month.
With a growing market demand, KOSSAN has invested in another WSM plant in Jalan Meru in 2013. The plant was commissioned with 9 new production lines with a monthly capacity of more than 31.5 million pairs of surgical gloves. The plant has obtained ISO 9001:2008, EN ISO 13485:2012 Quality Management System (QMS), CMDR, and ISO Class 8 in 2013.
As of today, there are more than 400 well-trained employees in WSM. With the advent of Information Technology, KOSSAN has embraced and employed new technologies to cultivate a knowledge-based workforce and to promote better communications with all relevant parties.
