Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
Perform daily HR and admin duties, handle confidential matters and provide administrative support.
Gather information and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal regulations.
Support HR initiatives such as performance appraisal, employee activities, staff birthday celebrations, etc.
Handle employee relations including disciplinary actions and grievances.
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing meetings.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.
Carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
Familiarity with local labor laws and relevant regulations.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
Able to speak fluent BM and English.
Minimum 2 years in HR.
F&B experience preferred.
