Job Responsibilities:Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Handle payroll adjustments, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax.
Prepare and submit payroll reports and filings to relevant authorities.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and leave balances.
Coordinate employee onboarding, including document preparation and orientation.
Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, increment letters, and exit formalities.
Assist in organizing training sessions and company events.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure HR and payroll processes align with Malaysian labor laws.
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports for management.
Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and enhance payroll and HR administrative processes.
Implement best practices for accuracy and efficiency in payroll management.
Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum2 years of payroll experience .
Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge ofSQL PayrollandAutocount Payrollsystems is a bonus.
Experience with HRIS or payroll software is advantageous.
Certification in HR or payroll management is a plus.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible working arrangements available).
