Hr Executive (Plantation)

Requirements: Possess a Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.At least 2 (two) years of working experience in Executive Role or similar capacity in HR Field.Knowledgeable and well-versed in HR practices and Sarawak Labor Ordinance.Job Description: Responsible in overseeing recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees for plantation division.Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.Ensure compliance in all employment laws and regulations.
