Hr Executive (Recruitment & Training)

**Work location**: Larkin / Johor Bahru / Pasir Gudang**What we have for you?**- Bonuses, incentive & increments- 5 days work per week - Work life balance culture**What will you do?****(1) Recruitment**:**(2) Training**:- **Training Needs Analysis**: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization.- **Training Program Development**: Assist in designing and developing training programs, both in-house and through external partners, to address identified needs.- **Training Evaluation**: Collect feedback from training participants, analyze training effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.**Requirements**:- Diploma and above in HR or related field- Fluent in **Mandarin** as the role require to liaise with mandarin speaking team.- Min 3 years of HR experiences in Manufacturing/ Logistics/ Recruitment Agency background.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Retention bonus- Yearly bonus
