Responsibilities:
To be responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administrative related activities.
Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, managing all aspects of payroll administration.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and attendance records.
Oversee employee movement and status updates, including leave and attendance, contract expiry dates, probation periods, confirmation, and salary adjustments.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
Prepare letters in relation to staff movement (employment, confirmation, resignation acceptance, etc.).
Assist in the training and development programs.
Ensure the grant submission, training nomination forms submission before training, and training evaluation forms submission after post-training.
Manage all staff insurance-related matters, including registration, claims, and updates.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment standards.
Assist in other (ad-hoc) duties & reporting as may be required from superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be fluent in written and spokenMandarinto deal with Chinese documentation.
Excellent knowledge of various HR functions.
Good understanding of labor laws and updated latest and/or changes of labor laws.
Fast learner, able to handle stress and adapt to changes quickly.
