Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
To assist in full-spectrum of HR functions including talent management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee grievances and learning & development. Administer the training and development program including course registration, training grant application and preparing learning reports. Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent 2-3 years of HR experience Experience from shared service center is preferred.
