HR Executive / Snr HR Executive (Full Spectrum)Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our upcoming clinic in Malaysia.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions, includingrecruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations, and administrative tasks .
Familiarity with the work pass application process is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and orientation into the company.
Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
Prepare and manage HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee skill development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR functions, with a good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and work pass application processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office tools.
