Hr Executive ( Talent Acquisition)

Job Description: •  Oversee the full employee recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, participation, extending offers, preparing appointment letters, onboarding, and conducting exit interviews.
•  Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with data management policies.
•  Administer and process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, allowances, overtimes, claims, deductions, and statutory contributions.
•  Manage employee benefits, compensation packages, and support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
•  Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees on employment-related matters, policies, and workplace issues.
•  Organize and assist in organizing employee engagement programs and welfare activities, aimed at promoting a positive work environment and team culture.
•  Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superior.
