Job Descriptions: Collaborate with the team and employee to ensure the organization's HR policies and procedures are widely adhered to , accepted and updated. Manage and communicate new or revised organization HR policy and procedure issues in the respective employees including delivery of short briefing, ensuring the employees are appropriately equipped and constantly supported in introducing and managing such changes. Support and advise employees in terms of organization HR policy and procedure or any relevant statutory terms and conditions. Understanding individual's job roles and collaborate with Manager / Head of Department to update their Job Description. Provide assistance to Admin & Human Resource Assistant Manager implement program and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement. Support performance appraisal processes by assisting managers with goal setting, performance evaluations and feedback session. Provide assistance to organize and coordinate staff training, company events, and office programs. May instruct training programs including conducting new employee orientation. Administer staff confirmation, transfer, promotion, and other related staff movement. To prepare remittances for EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Zakat and HRDF Levy. To liaise with relevant government bodies such as HRDF, Income Tax, KWSP, SOSCO, HRDC Levy etc. To maintain staff's personal records and keep the data updated from time to time. May assist in evaluating and modifying the JM's training programs. May assist with establishing and implementing the training calendar. To review and monitor employee attendance, discipline record, annual leave and medical leave. Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned to the Admin & HR Manager and top management from time to time. Required qualifications: Posses at least at a diploma or bachelor's degree in human resource management /business studies/administration/ management/ or equivalent At least 4 years of working experience in HR with a similar position Possesses a high level of confidentiality, responsibility, self-motivation, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills. Good organizing skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize. Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Good team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
