Hr Executive (Ulu Tiram, Johor)

Responsibilities: Provide counseling on policies andprocedures.Coordinate in the performancereview procedures (e.g. quarterly/annualevaluations).Maintain employee records(attendance, etc.) according to policy and legalrequirements.Assess training needs andcoordinate learning and development initiatives for allemployees.Support the management ofdisciplinary and grievance issues.Act as thepoint of contact regarding labour legislationissues.Review current HR technology andrecommend effective software.Review employmentand working conditions to ensure legalcompliance.Oversee daily operations of the HRdepartment.Requirements: Proven experience as HR executive,administrator or other HR position.Knowledgeof HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training &development etc.).Familiarity of labour lawsand disciplinary procedures.Excellent in MSOffice; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.Problem-solving and decision-makingaptitude.Good ethics andreliability.Possess at least a Degree inbusiness administration, social studies or relevant field will be aplus.
