About the roleWe are seeking an exceptional HR Executive to join our dynamic team at DJENERIS DIVERSITY SDN BHD.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the company's people strategy.
Based in Kuala Berang, Hulu Terengganu, you will play a crucial part in driving employee engagement, talent management, and HR compliance.
What you'll be doing
Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Administering and maintaining employee records and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coordinating and delivering HR-related training and development programmes
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or business-focused environment
Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Proficient in HR information systems and data management
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
