You will be responsible to support the HR department in preparing the report and chronological of events pertaining to COVID-19 threats in the FC and work together with the EHS team to strengthen the committee team members in updating our internal policies. Duties and Responsibilities Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts Screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department) Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days) Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies Lead the training section and coordinate onboarding / induction for new joiners - warehouse operators, warehouse associate, intern and above Handling employees enquiries on Human Resources related matters Involved in the engagement activities in the warehouse - planning, implementation, meetings, arrangements & etc. Provide support on the employee attendance system and data analysis Maintain and update HR website and dashboard Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes Involved in case investigation and disciplinary procedure Update reports and employee personal files Other related tasks as assigned by your superior from time to time Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources or business field Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills An excellent team player Proficient in excel or other data analytics tools Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English Other Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills Interest in working for an eCommerce industry Flexibility and willingness to work outside office hours Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask, manage multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personalities Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems Knowledge and/or experience with a variety of MS Office suite Deadline-driven Powered by JazzHR
