Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Assist with job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts.Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback.Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits.Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and employee experience.
