Hr Generalist

HR Generalist We are looking for a new hire with HR Recruitment background, to assist in talent acquisition and other human resources, and administration-related tasks.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR-related mattersSubmit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviewsCoordinate interview, including prepare all relevant documentationArrange and follow-up on meetings with the participantPerform administrative duties, such as maintaining sorting documents/records and so onAssist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company business goals and objectivesManage and handle employee's records in HR System (on & offline)Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boardingAssist in payroll related mattersManage E-leave & E-attendance via  System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee's attendance Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate mannerProvide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related mattersUndertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Requirements: Proficient computer skills - internet, email, spreadsheet and etcPossess a high level of integrity and able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive informationBe able to communicate with Mandarin-spoken stakeholders.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
