Job Responsibilities: To handle and maintain day-to-day operations of Human Resource and support general administration functions. To implement and maintain HR strategies and initiative as set by company. Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience. Handle all administrative task for on-boarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in HR system and audits for accuracy and compliance. Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change and all other employee-relations matters. Be the main person to manage payroll processing, including regularly updates to employee files, leaves, expenses reimbursements and etc. Assist in the communication, interpretation and upkeep of employee handbook, organizational chart and contribute to policy development. Prepare and attend career fair or any HR function related activity. Process payroll and statutory payment on time. Maintain all HR training records, HRDF contribution and organize training program. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in HR/ Business Management or equivalent 6 -8 years of working experience in related field. Basic understanding of the Employment Act 1955 Japanese Speaker is added advantage.
