The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and HR management tasks on a regular basis.**Responsibilities**:- Manage and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the hiring of top-quality talent that aligns with the company's goals (liaise with headhunter as well).- Provide guidance and support in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create appropriate programs.- Administer and maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance and best practices.- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.**Job Requirements**:- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices- Experience with HR Management and HR Policies- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and in a team- Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant experience in a similar role and experience with talent acquisition, training, and development would be beneficial.
