The HR Generalist will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources, with a particular focus on industrial relations.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and support daily operational HR & Administration functions and record including, but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefit as well as Staff Engagement.
Responsible to implement, administer and execute HR policies and procedures.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Manage Industrial Relations Management including:
Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to industrial relations matters.
Facilitate negotiations between management and employee.
Ensure compliance with employment standards, and relevant regulations.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary issues and recommend appropriate action.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience with a strong focus on industrial relations.
Proven experience in managing employee relations and union negotiations.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment act and regulations.
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Based at Lukut, Negeri Sembilan but travelling to HQ in KL may be required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
