Hr Generalist Intern

Our company is a leading logistics service provider from China to Malaysia, offering a wide range of services including sea and air shipping LCL, money transfer solutions, and full container services. We are currently looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screens.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
We are seeking a dedicated individual fluent in Mandarin and English to join our team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Prior HR experience is a plus but not required.
