About the TeamYou will be supporting our Trust & Safety business. Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. Responsibilities:- Assist HRBPs with identifying and mapping out training needs for the region.- Work closely with the HRBP team to push out meaningful and useful content for our APAC regional teams.- Coordinate and manage training logistics in accordance with established schedules and roadmaps, ensuring seamless execution.- Maintain meticulous records of training attendance and systematically measure training (ROIs), generating data-driven insights to inform continuous enhancements to Learning and Development within the department.- Take ownership of critical operational processes, including cross-border transfer and employee probationary review processes, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.- Drive process optimization initiatives to elevate the overall operational efficiency of the department.- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on change management, particularly pertaining to updates in RTO and modifications to existing processes.- Being the linkage/bridge between central teams and regional teams, providing editorial support to bring curated & translated contents to our regional teams.- Own and drive internal knowledge base for our HR team and Business teams and always keep our knowledge base the one stop shop for key information.- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:- Excellent time management skills, prioritization skills and strong in both verbal and written communication skills.- Maintain a positive, growth-minded attitude toward pressure and change.- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English for effective liaison with external stakeholders.
