Hr Hiring Specialist

**Roles & Responsibilities**1. Manage talent sourcing, acquisition & on boarding process2. Ensure headcount gap are fulfilled within stipulated timeframe3. Plan & execute on Employer branding initiatives on different platforms4. Organize periodical talent engagement survey5. Other ad-hoc task as assigned**Requirements**:1. Minimum Diploma in HR/Psychology / Business Management or equivalent2. Minimum 2 years of experience. Experience in hiring executive levels will be highly preferred3. Able to handle people tactfully & sensitively4. Good communication skills in English, BM & Mandarin (as the role requires to communicate internally)5. Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet timeline6. Willing to work in Klang with 5 and a half working days
