About the roleJoin our growing HR team at ATP Business Solution Sdn Bhd as an HR professional based in Ipoh, Perak.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our organisation, ensuring our people processes and policies are aligned with our business objectives.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding.
Administer and maintain HR records, files and systems to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies, programmes and practices to support the company's strategic goals.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews and employee development.
Provide HR advisory and consultative services to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
Contribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Collaborate with the leadership team on talent management and succession planning.
What we're looking for
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best practices in human resources management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Tertiary qualification in human resources, business or a related field.
