About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and talented HR professional to join our HR team at MINAMI ELECTRONICS MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
This full-time HR role will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and contributing to the strategic direction of the HR department within our dynamic electronics manufacturing company.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organisation
Managing the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination
Providing HR advisory and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Driving employee engagement and morale initiatives
Analysing HR metrics and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business objectives
What we're looking for
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing or electronics industry
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
Proactive, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
