YOUR ROLE 
To assist in HR Sustainability events.
To follow up with EHS/ HR staff on customer requirement and compliance activities.
To assist in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliance related events. 
Assist in any HR related audits programs (such as RBA audit, on-site supplier audits, customer audits and etc.)
To assist in ST 50 years anniversary event.
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory regulations
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Excel application.
