Hr Intern

Support in the field of HR administration and onboarding- Creating and maintaining employees files- Maintaining employees record in PeopleSoft system- Update HR department Intranet information- Supporting in the field of New Employee Orientation sessions (preparing materials)- Support on facility communications, including article writing, newspaper edit, employee meeting- Employee Relation- Joining formalities- Maintaining /updating personal files of employees- Handling Employee Attendance Monthly and giving input to payroll**; Requirements: - Requirement**:- Must be currently enrolled and entering Junior or Senior year or have recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field- Able to multi-task and work with various stakeholders- Student status (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications preferred)- Must be pursuing or have obtained a Bachelors degree in HR- Must have an interest in working full-time in HR in the future- Ability to handle sensitive employee issues and information
