FUNCTION:  Human Resources, Business Partner Support
SALARY RANGE: RM 1,500 monthly allowances
LOCATION: Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day tasks and activities of the HR Business Partnering Function. You will also have the opportunity to take charge of key projects, delivering holistic solutions in elevating the experience of our employees.
Reports to: HR Business Partner
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR • Build and update organizational charts to accurately reflect current staffing and reporting structures.
• Conduct regular audits of organizational charts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with HR team members and department heads to validate data and track movements such as promotions, transfers, and departures.
• Assist in maintaining documentation of organizational changes and updates for compliance and reference purposes.
• Develop end-to-end solutions for tracking movements locally and globally within the organization.
• Design comprehensive process maps outlining steps for tracking movements, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Propose and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and streamline movements tracking.
• Support HR projects related to process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting ad-hoc tasks within the team
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE • Undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mentality with problem-solving abilities.
