Role Overview: Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources, especially in Employee and Industrial Relations (ER/IR)? Join our team as a Human Resource Intern and immerse yourself in a dynamic HR environment. You'll handle basic administrative tasks, contribute to important HR processes, and learn from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:



-Assist with Admin: Compile and formulate a monthly summary of timesheets. Document and update resignation notices in Excel. Assist the Admin Department during the absence of the regular admin personnel. Draft the monthly newsletter.


-Screen Resumes: Manage the Internal Job Posting process. Provide support in hiring for Support Role positions and manage candidate applications.


-Coordinate Interviews/Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews, ensuring smooth and timely communication. Oversee and manage the Exit Interview process to collect insights for HR improvements. 


-Employee Relations: Assist in compiling evidence for internal investigations and help draft Misconduct Letters. 


-Support Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process by preparing materials and assisting new hires with their initial setup.


-Maintain Records Confidential: Update and manage candidate/employee databases, ensuring all information is accurate, confidential and up-to-date.


-Assist with Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, providing valuable insights and support. 

What We're Looking For:



-Currently Enrolled: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


-Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.


-Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.


-Proactive and Enthusiastic: A keen interest in HR and a proactive approach to learning and contributing.


-Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while being capable of taking initiative independently.
