The HR Intern will support the HR team in various administrative tasks and assist with ongoing HR projects, gaining practical experience in core HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding:
-Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have necessary resources.
-Assist with exit processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees by managing exit paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
Employee Engagement and Communications:
-Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
-Participate in drafting HR communications and newsletters to keep employees informed on company updates and initiatives.
Learning and Development:
-Coordinate training sessions by scheduling, sending out communications, and organizing training materials.
-Gather feedback from employees after training sessions to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
HR Projects:
