You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Roles & Responsibilities · Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
· Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.
· Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.
· Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
· Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.
· Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
· Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.
· Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
· Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.
· Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
· Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.
· Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and other · Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team.
The Profile Requirements · A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
· Familiarity with the Employment Act of 1955 is advantageous.
· Candidate who have the intention to be convert into permanent will be prioritized · Demonstrated professionalism in handling private and confidential information.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Word Excel · Strong verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in both English and Malay languages.
