Hr Intern

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support



-Coordinate interviews, collect and organize resumes, and communicate with candidates.


-Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.

Attendance and Leave Management:



-Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.


-Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure accurate attendance reporting.

HR Documentation:



-Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


-Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.

Onboarding and Offboarding:



-Assist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with different departments.


-Assist to handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.

; Requirements:- Qualifications:



-Current enrollment in a Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


-Proficiency in Google Sheet and Docs, MS Office.


-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


-Minimum internship period is 3 months.
