Details of the offer

As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.

Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.

Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.

Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.

Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.

Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.

Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.

Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.

Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and other

Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team.
Work Schedule:
This job has the following work schedule:
30 to 40 hours / week
